Peabutter Fudge:
- 1/4 cup white corn syrup
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter
- 2 cups NoNuts Golden Peabutter
- 1 1/4 cups sifted icing sugar
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
Line an 8"X8" pan with foil and grease foil. Heat syrup and margarine or butter in microwave until margarine or butter is melted. Add peabutter and stir until smooth.
Add icing sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth. Spread in pan and pat down with a spatula. Refrigerate until firm. Lift foil and fudge from pan for easier cutting. |
