Peabutter Custard Bars:
- 1 cup crisp rice cereal
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 1 cup NoNuts Golden Peabutter
- ½ cup corn syrup½ cup brown sugar
Mix crisp rice cereal, corn flakes and peabutter. Heat brown sugar and corn syrup in a saucepan until dissolved. Add to cereal. Spread in a 9X13 inch pan. Chill.
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 2 Tbsp. custard powder
- 2 cups icing sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Milk
Combine milk, custard powder, and melted butter. Add icing sugar and blend well. Spread over chilled base.
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate
Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat, or over a double boiler.
Spread over custard layer. If you prefer less chocolate, use 1 Tbsp. Butter and 1 square chocolate to drizzle, rather than spread chocolate. Chill. Cut into bars. |
